Evergreen trees in winter with a low sun.

I am trained with Association Montessori International (AMI) as a Montessori teacher for children aged 2.5 to 12 years old, I have worked in Montessori schools and can relate Montessori pedagogy to the development of individual children.

Since studying with AMI my Montessori albums have been online, freely accessible to teachers and parents who cannot afford the exclusive trainings.

I am able to help Montessori schools develop their programmes and apply it to homeschoolers and unschoolers.  I am committed to applying the original ideas of Montessori which are based on Peace Education and Child Rights. Montessori observed the natural behaviour of children and set up a responsive environment where they could explore ideas and taught teachers how to observe and use it.  She encouraged adults to let the child follow their intrinsic motivations rather than using rewards and punishments and believed that over time the child will come to trust an adult guide who helps them.
