Attendance is mandatory, but sometimes things happen. You can miss one session per year if absolutely necessary.

If you miss more than one session an additional individual ‘catch-up’ session with me is required for each absence. This will be charged at my standard hourly rate. This is to ensure you don’t fall behind the program and maintain standards for other participants.

4. Fee Breakdown

The fees for a 2 year program can be complicated to understand but I’ve tried to explain it clearly below. If you have any questions, please get in touch. There are 3 seperate fees:

  1. Program fees for the organisation, facilitation and administration of the program, paid directly to me.
  2. Trainee membership fees paid directly to the Focusing Institute (annual).
  3. Certification fees paid directly to the Focusing Institute.

  1. Program Fees

NZ$ 6,000.00 for the full program (including GST) and is payable in two instalments of 3,000.00 at the start of each year.

Discounts: I can offer A $200 discount if the full program fee is paid 30 days prior to the course start.

Payment Methods: I can accept bank transfers in NZD, AUD, EUR, USD, GBP, and other currencies, just let me know when you register.

  1. Trainee Membership Fees

NZ$80 (approx.) paid directly to the Focusing Institute annually.

This is the fee for those in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the UAE. Find out more.

  1. Certification Fees (optional)

NZ$560 (approx.) paid directly to the Focusing Institute upon certification.

This is the fee for those in Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Japan and the UAE. Find out more.

Certification is optional if you wish to become a Certified Focusing Professional. It requires an additional 6 Supervision sessions with an accredited FOT. Fees for this are not included in the program. You’re welcome to find your own FOT supervisor but I can recommend some that work on a sliding scale if needed.

Certification at the Weeklong (Optional)

There is a Weeklong gathering held in different locations around the world. While It’s not necessary to attend this, it’s recommended as a wonderful culmination of the program and a great excuse to see a new part of the world. The Weeklong fees include the certification fee and is marginally more expensive.
